
Tyron Krost Winner of Aussie Millions Main Event 2010
The Aussie Millions Main Event came to an end last week and it was 23-year old poker player from Sydney, Australia, Tyron Krost, who took it down. Sorel Mizzi was holding 6,033,000 chips when the final table began, his closest competitor was Krost with only 1,869,000 and the remaining 6 players were somewhere between 635,000 and 1,754,000.
By the time only four players remained Tyron Krost managed to take the chip lead and not let go of it until the event was over. Sorel Mizzi finished in 3rd place and heads-up play was between Krost and Frederik Jensen.
Tyron Krost played elegantly and took the title. He qualified for the tournament online at Party Poker and he has cashed twice in the WSOP before.
